Export your data or delete your business

Download everything, handle customer data requests, and close your account.

Download all your data

You get one file with your business, services, staff, customers, appointments, sales and settings. Passwords and secret keys are left out.

  1. Step 1: Open Your account.
  2. Step 2: Under Export everything, click Download.

A customer asks for their data, or to be forgotten

Open the customer in Customers. From their record you can export their data, or erase it. Erasing removes their name and contact details but keeps the appointment and sale records you need for your accounts.

Delete your business

  1. Step 1: Download your data first if you want to keep it.
  2. Step 2: Tell customers with upcoming bookings. They are not told automatically.
  3. Step 3: Open Your account and click Delete business.
  4. Step 4: Type your business name to confirm and click Delete permanently.

Good to know: This cannot be undone. Your booking page goes offline at once and any paid plan is cancelled.
