Create discount codes

Make coupon codes customers can use on your booking page and at the till.

Create a coupon

  1. Step 1: Open Coupons and click New coupon.
  2. Step 2: Type the Code customers will enter, for example SAVE10. Spaces are removed and it is saved in capitals.
  3. Step 3: Choose the Discount type: Percentage off or Fixed amount off, and enter the amount.
  4. Step 4: Optionally set a Usage limit (how many times it can be used in total), a Minimum spend, and Starts and Expires dates.
  5. Step 5: Keep Active ticked and click Create coupon.

Where customers use it

  • On your booking page, under Have a coupon or gift card?
  • At the till, in Coupon code.
  • A discount can never be more than the price.

Tip: The Usage column shows how many times each code has been used.

Good to know: A coupon stops working at the start of its Expires date. To run an offer until the end of 31 March, set it to expire on 1 April.
