What each plan includes, how to upgrade, and how to manage your subscription.

Plans

Free
1 staff member, 1 location and 50 bookings a month. Shows the Bookwick badge.
Pro
£10 per staff member per location, a month. Unlimited staff, locations and bookings, plus text messages, integrations and no badge.

Check your usage

In Settings, the Plan card shows bookings this month, staff and locations against your limits. The bar turns amber when you are close and red when you reach the limit.

Good to know: On the Free plan, once you reach 50 bookings in a month, customers cannot book online until the 1st of next month. You get an email when this happens.

Upgrade to Pro

  1. Step 1: Open Settings.
  2. Step 2: Click Upgrade to Pro - £10 per staff member, per location.
  3. Step 3: Enter your card details on the secure Stripe page.
  4. Step 4: You come back to Bookwick and see Thanks! Your plan is being updated.

Tip: Your bill follows the number of staff. Adding or removing staff updates it automatically, charged for the part of the month used.

Change card, see invoices or cancel

If you cancel, your business moves back to the Free plan. If a payment fails, you keep Pro while Stripe retries; Settings shows Your last payment failed with a Manage billing button to update your card.

  1. Step 1: Open Settings.
  2. Step 2: Click Manage billing.
  3. Step 3: Update your card, download invoices or cancel on the Stripe page.

Who can change billing

Only the account owner. Admins can see the plan but cannot change it.
