Find a past sale
See every till and package sale, search for one, and open its details.
Find a sale
- Step 1: Open Sales.
- Step 2: Type a customer or item into Search by customer or item, or pick a status from the list.
- Step 3: Click a sale to see each item, any discount, gift card used, and the total.
- Paid
- A completed sale.
- Unpaid
- A package bought on your booking page, to be paid at your business. Click Mark as paid when they pay.
- Refunded
- The customer was given their money back.
- Void
- Cancelled because it was rung up by mistake.
Good to know: This page lists till sales and package sales. Online booking payments are on each booking in Appointments.
